Seth Bernstein Wins the NSF GRFP

Seth Bernstein received a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program award.

Seth Bernstein was awarded a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program (NSF GRFP) fellowship. The award recognizes outstanding graduate students pursuing research-based master's and doctoral degrees across science and engineering fields.

Now at the University of Michigan School of Information, Seth built an extraordinary research record while still an undergraduate in the Temple HCI Lab. He was part of the lab's first cohort of student researchers, co-authored 10 publications, and accumulated more than 1,000 citations during his time as an undergraduate researcher.

This recognition reflects Seth's research promise and the strength of his scholarly trajectory. It is an exciting milestone for him and a point of pride for the broader Temple HCI Lab community.
